GETTING STARTED!

Send 2 to 5 clear pictures of the pets
Select a material or canvas type, and the size you would like. During this time we will also discuss what you would like for the background. I'll give you a quote and time estimate based on this information.
First deposit or full payment is sent, then the painting process begins!

I do NOT accept cancellations or refunds once the painting process begins.

I will not accept exchanges or returns for completed artwork. Only minimal changes will be made before shipping out.

PAYMENT METHOD

A 50% deposit or full payment of the order's total price is to be paid upfront. The painting process will not begin until a deposit is sent and confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable once the painting process begins.

ADDITIONAL PETS OR PEOPLE

I can paint one or multiple subjects (pets or humans) in the same portrait. There will be an additional fee added to the total price per extra subject that is included to the portrait.

The extra fee price is marked like this

BACKGROUNDS

Paintings are made with a simple background color and style of your choice. Complex background requests may be subject to have additional charges depending on the request and size of your portrait.

Making major changes to backgrounds once they are already painted and we had already agreed upon a decision will result in extra charges.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Turn around times depend on the chosen portrait size, the number of subjects that will be painted into the portrait, and your spot on the waitlist. When ordering, you will be given a time estimate. This is only an estimate and may be subject to change depending on the request. Most portrait sizes are usually ready within 1-2 weeks of beginning the painting process.

There may be times when I can't complete a portrait in the accorded time due to complications with the request or unexpected issues. In the event that this happens, should more than 2 weeks pass after the original expected time frame. I will offer a 10% discount for compensation. Thank you for your patience.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

Shipping is not included in the total cost of the painting. Locals can pick up their portraits upon completion at my location in Memphis Tennessee. Otherwise, there will be a shipping fee added to your order. This fee starts at $5 for small packages and $13 for most canvases. Shipping fees are subject to increase depending on the package size, weight, and its destination. Paintings are shipped with USPS and take 2-7 business days to ship within the U.S. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Paintings are insured. If any loss or damages happen during transit, your order is covered. Pictures of damaged painting and package must be provided as proof to place a claim with USPS.

Options after claim has been resolved

Receive a full refund (no replacement painting is made).
New replacement painting is made at no extra cost (no refund will be provided).

Canvas Types

CANVAS TYPES

FLAT CANVAS

This is the thinnest and most affordable canvas variation available. It is the most ideal for display inside of picture frames. Since these are thin, they can not stand on their own or be hung without a frame. They will require a frame or stand to be displayed.

STRETCHED CANVAS

This is the traditional canvas type that has half-inch sides and can be both framed frames or hung on its own. It can also be displayed on a stand.

GALLERY WRAP CANVAS

This is a favorite! These canvases are the most durable, being heavy-duty with 1-inch thick sides. They can be hung without a need for a frame or display stand, and can be displayed any way you like!
